CHEST TRAINING

CHEST TRAINING
The basics to build a big chest will always be benches, inclines and flyes.
I like the feel of barbells more than dumbbells for presses, and I avoid a full-lockout on each rep to try to keep the tension on my chest and not my triceps.
I like to do Dumbbell pullovers supersetted with cable crossovers. The pullovers stretch out your chest and the cable crossovers focus on chest contractions, so you stretch and pump in the superset.
I use High Volume training on chest to pump as much blood into the muscle and tear the fibres down for maximum growth.
