For total arm development  Supersetting a bicep exercise with an tricep exercise is crucial for maximizing the pump in the upper arms.

For this Arm workout with the exception of the pushdowns, all of the exercises are done with free weights.

I like to use pyramids sets of barbell curls and lying triceps extensions. Increasing the weight each set helps increase strength and Mass.

As for all workouts you need to be warm before starting, I like to do at least Two warmup sets before the first set of bicep and tricep exercises.

To really train them hard and heavy my Arms are worked once per week.
